CLIENT SERVICESGeneral Services With careful attention to client guidelines, Jamison, Eaton & Wood provides:
Client/Principal Relationships Each client has a working relationship with one or several owners of the business who serve as portfolio managers and are directly involved in all investment policy matters. All accounts are separately managed in individual securities. Management is committed to a “controlled growth” business plan in which the objective is to broaden the base of clients while maintaining a close involvement of principal officers in the investment process. Client Contact on a Regular Basis Communication with clients is frequent and open. Client report meetings are held on the client’s schedule, at least semi-annually. Quarterly meetings are encouraged during the first year. However, it is the firm’s business practice to contact clients regularly and informally to keep them abreast of current investment thinking, particularly where there are changes in circumstances or in the business outlook. Clients receive regular summaries of the firm’s investment policy meetings which include interpretations of U.S. and international developments and their potential impact on investment policy and strategy.Additional Services Jamison, Eaton & Wood, Inc. is very sensitive to the need to coordinate client affairs among accountants, attorneys and other potential advisors, such as stockbrokers or financial planners, in order to obtain the best total results for our clients. Our role in tax and estate planning for clients is to offer general advice only and to refer clients to experts in those fields. |
